Once a group of fifty people was taking part in a meeting. The meeting, which began just a few minutes ago was interrupted by the speaker suddenly and he gave balloons to all the participants
 and  said, "you all have to write your name on a balloon by the marker". everybody did so.

Now the balloons were placed in another room.
The speaker asked all the participant to enter that room together and find the balloon with their name  in five minutes

All participants walked into the room and quickly began to find the balloon with their name soon it created great chaos in the room.

Confused not getting the balloon with their name written on it 5 minutes later everybody was called out of that room by the speaker.

The speaker said, "Hey! what happen? why you are all empty-handed?
Did no body found the balloon with his name on it?
No ! We searched a lot but every time found a balloon with someone else's name written on it.
said a participant sadly.

It's alright, you people go into that room again, but this time whichever balloon comes to your hand take it and call the person whose name is written on it. said the speaker

All participants were in the room again, but this time all was quiet, and there was no panic in the room.
Everybody gave each other the balloons with their names on it, and came out in just three minutes

In a grave tone, speaker said,

"That's exactly what is taking place in our lives.
Everyone is living for themselves, it makes no sense to him how he can help others he just seems to be looking like crazy for his own happiness and finds nothing but disappointments

 Our happiness is hidden in the happiness of others

When you learn to give others their happiness
You will find your own happiness automatically then.

And that's the purpose of human life.
